TKO Basics provides a beginner friendly structure to get you in shape without hours in the gym. All you need is access to one of three different equipment versions.
(Version 1): Full Equipment. You have access to a gym or a really nice home gym.
(Version 2): Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Jump Rope, Box/or something to step on
(Version 3): No Equipment Needed!

What does a day look like?

TKO Basics - $37 Per Month
Workouts will be sent out on a weekly basis through an app called True Coach. Through this app, you can input and track results on a daily basis. This is a great way to keep up with your improvement on special TKO workouts that we retest on a consistent basis.
Pick one of the three equipment variations below:
(Version 1): Full Equipment. You have access to a gym or a really nice home gym.
(Version 2): Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Jump Rope, Box/or something to step on
(Version 3): No Equipment Needed!

Once you activate your account on True Coach (The app where you’ll see your workouts) and payment goes through, you’ll be able to view your workouts through the app. At the beginning of the week, you’ll be able to see the entire week’s workouts.

There is no commitment. Cancel at any time. Just give me at least a 7 day notice please!

The workouts will be based on whatever cycle we are currently in. A cycle focuses on a specific goal. For example, the TKO Power Cycle is focused on getting stronger in Deadlifts, Press, & Squat. We will do these exercises at least once a week alongside typical conditioning WODs.

Each day is programmed to have you finish your workout in less than an hour!

Each week there will be 5 programmed workout days. The other 2 days are intended for rest/active recovery.
