The Process

Weeks 1-2

For the first 2 weeks, the goal is to get used to training and tracking your nutrition!

Your training will be created based on the physical goals that you want to accomplish. Most moms start out with 3 days per week, 30-45 minute sessions.

For nutrition, we simply just track what you’re already eating for the first week and then shoot for a protein goal the next. Videos are provided that show you exactly what to do!

Weeks 3-4

We’ve gone through a couple of check-ins and you’re already feeling like a new person at this point!

Now we start trying to hit a specific calorie & macro goal. Don’t worry, I have plenty of resources to help you plan!

Most people also like to add a day to training at this point or just some exercises to their current workout sessions.

Weeks 5-6

At this point, you wouldn’t be able to stop your training & nutrition if you wanted to lol! You’ve already seen some amazing results and believe me when I tell you that it is addicting.

We’ll start retesting some workouts and continue to refine the nutrition side of things.

Oh and it’s not uncommon for people to start asking what you’ve been doing to look the way you do :)
