The Process

First 30 Days

During the first 30 days, we’ll create a strong foundation as I learn more about you (Your strength, mobility, conditioning, etc.). Don’t worry though, it’s created in a way that guarantees you’ll see some immediate results!

You’ll also have 24/7 access to me through an in-app messenger so that I can answer any questions that you may have.

Next Steps

Now that I’ve learned a lot about you, we’ll create your first official training cycle that will progress you towards whatever your specific goals are.

Through inputting data and seamless weekly check-ins through the app, this cycle will adapt and progress based on your week to week progress.

Rinse & Repeat

The first cycle typically lasts between 8-12 weeks depending on the specific goal. It WILL be a huge success!

Then the next steps will be up to you. Do you want to continue to progress towards the same goals or work towards a new one? Either way, you will get stronger, you will get leaner, and you will gain an immense amount of confidence.

  • All of your programming will be sent through an app that you’ll need to download called TrueCoach. TrueCoach is a premium programming software that allows you to easily view your programming and input results every day. You can track your progress and have access to client exclusive documents through this app as well.

  • At the beginning of each week, you’ll receive your programming for the week. Due to the personalization of the programming, week by week allows me to easily make any adjustments that may be needed.

  • You have 24/7 access to your coach (me) through the messenger in the TrueCoach Programming app and you can ask me any questions or let me know if something needs to be adjusted!

  • Results vary depending on the person but I GUARANTEE you will at least see results in 60 days. If not, I’ll give you a full refund!

  • I spent about 6 years as a coach & head programmer at multiple gyms. I’m now at 4 years and counting working with people 1:1.
